LASE Company Introduction
The high performance 3D laser scanners used in the LASE systems are based on the components of a 2D laser scanner and a swivelling platform which is powered by a servo-drive.
A high resolution encoder on the servo-drive measures the angle of rotation of the platform and links the 2D laser data with the encoder data, to create a high precision 3D profile measurement.
LASE 3000D series 3D laser scanners
The LASE 3000D-Cx-xx series 3D laser scanners can be integrated with LASE software applications for various functions.
LASE offers various solutions for the container handling industry. Systems can be provided on yard cranes like RTGs and RMGs, as well for quayside operation on the STS cranes.
LASE solutions for container handling applications
Systems that LASE provide include systems for collision prevention between equipment (LaseGCP - Gantry Collision Prevention) or collision prevention between the spreader and the stack (LaseLCPS-3D-2D - Load Collision Prevention).
More comprehensive systems like the LaseAYC - Automatic Yard Crane can be used to detect the spreader and target position to allow for automated landing and picking of containers in the stack and from trucks and wagons.
Safety systems like the LaseUCD - Unremoved Cone Detection can prevent unremoved cones from getting into the stack and creating risks in a further stage.
LASE offers various solutions for the material handling industry. Systems can be provided to measure the material transported in trucks or on conveyor belts or even automation systems for stacker/reclaimers are part of what LASE has to offer.
LASE solutions for material handling applications
Systems that LASE provides include systems for the volumetric measurement of material being transported on trucks (LaseTVM - Truck Volume Measurement) and on conveyor belts (LaseBVC - Bulk Volume Conveyor).
Other systems like the LaseBVH - Bulk Volume Heap, can be used to continuously measure the stockpile inventory and can be used as measurement system to automate the operation of stacker/reclaimers.
