LaseTPS - Truck Positioning System
To increase the handover speed between cranes and horizontal transport, the LaseTPS provided an accurate positioning to truck drivers to always align them with the centre-line of the trolley.
STS Cranes
The LaseTPS system provides accurate chassis alignment for truck drivers coming from both directions. It is able to handle 20', 40' and 45' containers and guide the truck driver via LED displays to the centre position of the crane.
The system relies on the LASE 3000D-C2-118 series 3D laser scanners.
Yard Cranes
For both RTGs and RMGs, LASE provides a truck positioning system based on 3D laser scanners to align the chassis with the centre-line of the trolley.
This increases the handover speed for both manual, remote operated and automated yard equipment.
